IPAK Group
Established in 2015, IPAK pioneered the production of five-layer BOPP films in Pakistan and commenced operations in 2017 with an annual production capacity of 42,000 metric tons at a 9-acre facility located on Manga Raiwind Road, Lahore. Over the years, IPAK has achieved several significant milestones, including its transition from a private limited company in 2015 to a public limited company in 2021. In June 2024, IPAK was successfully listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, demonstrating a strong commitment to transparency and sustainable growth.
Today, IPAK stands as Pakistan’s largest flexible packaging film manufacturer, with a combined installed capacity of 151,000 metric tons annually. It is the only producer in Pakistan offering a one-window solution for all three major types of flexible packaging films—BOPP, CPP, and BoPET. The company’s 46-acre, state-of-the-art facility located in Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Business Park on the M2 Motorway (57 kilometers from Lahore) is equipped with advanced machinery from globally renowned manufacturers, including Bruckner Maschinenbau (Germany), BOBST (UK), and KAMPF (Germany).
To address evolving industry demands and reinforce its position as the only flexible packaging film manufacturing group in Pakistan offering all three major film types, IPAK has established the following subsidiaries:
1- GPAK (Global Packaging Films Pvt. Ltd): Specializing in BOPP films with an annual capacity of 60,000 metric tons.
2- CPAK (Cast Packaging Films Pvt. Ltd): Focusing on CPP films with an annual capacity of 8,000 metric tons.
3- PETPAK (PETPAK Films Pvt. Ltd): Producing BoPET films with an annual capacity of 43,000 metric tons.
In June 2023, IPAK expanded its international footprint by launching IPAK Connect, a Dubai-based subsidiary that supports global market exploration and fosters strategic international partnerships.
